V-rotor anti-stuck rotary valve is a high-performance rotary feeding equipment optimized for reducing the risk of jamming and improving passability. It is suitable for working conditions where foreign objects (such as bolts, stones, metal fragments, etc.) may be mixed during the conveying process.
Elastic retreat space effectively avoids foreign objects from getting stuck
·The core design lies in the V-rotor cavity structure. Its "wide mouth and narrow bottom" shape has a natural foreign object escape path during rotation:
·When foreign objects enter the cavity, they will sink to the bottom of the V-shaped cavity;
·As the rotor rotates, the cavity gradually opens, and foreign objects automatically slide out from the wide mouth under the action of centrifugal force and gravity;
·Avoid equipment jamming or mechanical damage caused by foreign objects jamming the rotor.
·The structure uses a clever "space release mechanism" to achieve "automatic giving way" for foreign objects, reducing maintenance frequency and operation risks from the source.
·Verification of actual measurement capability: Passability is better than rectangular cavity
·Actual measurement data shows that the V-type rotor is significantly better than the traditional rectangular cavity rotor in dealing with impurities:
·It can smoothly pass foreign matter with a particle size ≤ 1/3 of the V-mouth width;
·In contrast, the passing limit of the conventional rectangular cavity structure is a particle size ≤ 1/4 of the cavity width;
·This shows that the V-type structure has a stronger ability to accommodate and discharge large-size foreign matter and better anti-jamming ability.
