ZRF Series Square Port Rotary Valve is an important equipment widely used in industrial material conveying systems. Compared with traditional round-mouth rotary valves, the inlet and outlet of the square-mouth rotary valve are rectangular or square structures, which can better match square hoppers, silos or conveying equipment, and improve the coordination and sealing performance of the overall installation.
The square-mouth rotary valve consists of a housing, a rotor (impeller), an end cover, a sealing device, a transmission system and other parts. Its inlet and outlet are designed as a square flange structure, which is particularly suitable for working conditions where the upper end is connected to a square silo or a discharge port. The rotor usually has multiple blades and rotates under the drive of a motor or pneumatic device to achieve continuous and uniform material conveying.
