An anti-interference and anti-clogging rotary valve

Rotary valves are specialized equipment used in powder conveying systems for unloading, metering, dust removal, quantitative conveying, mixing, and packaging. They are widely applied in various industries such as chemical, environmental protection, petroleum, metallurgy, refractory materials, power, cement, plastics, food, and pharmaceuticals. A common defect of conventional rotary sealing valves is that when a large amount of material enters the valve body, it can become blocked in the material chamber of the rotor, leading to the blockage of the entire rotary sealing valve and damaging a significant amount of material. Therefore, an anti-jamming structure is generally installed at the inlet of the rotary sealing valve. In the existing "anti-interference mechanism for rotary valve material conveying", two pairs of upper and lower feeding baffles are installed, which restrict and guide the material through them. However, when the rotor rotates, the material falls from the lower feeding baffle. If the baffle in the rotor chamber is just below the material at this time, the material will collide with the baffle, causing damage to the material. Additionally, for particles with high elasticity, the material may be ejected in various directions due to the collision. Therefore, it is necessary to design an anti-interference and anti-jamming rotary valve to solve the above technical problems.
